Hello! My name is Dr. Patrick Gonder, and I am a professor at the College of Lake County. I created this website as a supplement for my Introduction to Film course. Our main textbook is Russell Sharman’s open educational resource Moving Pictures, and in this website, I add terms not covered in Sharman’s text or provide further clarification. I want to thank Sharman for writing this excellent book and making it free to the public.
